We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received
it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.

- Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original
method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g.,
items not in their original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error).

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photos of the product and packaging for verification. We will offer a
replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
