Thank you for shopping with Miraza. We aim to provide a seamless and reliable
shipping experience for all our customers across India. This Shipping Policy outlines
the terms and conditions regarding the processing, shipping, and delivery of your
orders.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. Our warehouse is located
in Tamil Nadu, and all orders are dispatched from this location.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment
confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next
working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been
shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the
order at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a specified value. Details of such
offers will be displayed on our website or during promotions.
- Any additional charges such as octroi, state entry taxes, or customs duties (if
applicable) will be borne by the customer.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Below are the estimated
timelines:
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2-4 business days
- Metro Cities: 3-7 business days
- Other Locations in India: 5-10 business days
- Please note that delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by factors
such as weather, transportation delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our
delivery partner’s website.
6. Failed Deliveries and Reattempts
- In case of a failed delivery attempt due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the
recipient, or any other reason, our courier partner will reattempt delivery up to 2
times.
- If the delivery remains unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping
the order may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours
of delivery for assistance. We will investigate and provide a resolution, which may
include a replacement or refund.
- For damaged shipments, please retain all packaging and provide photos as
evidence when filing a claim.
8. Non-Serviceable Areas
If your shipping address is in a location not serviced by our courier partners, we will
notify you and cancel the order. A full refund will be issued for any payments made.
9. Delivery Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Delivery may require a valid ID and signature as proof of receipt for high-value
orders.
10. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us
immediately at info@miraza.in. Address changes can only be accommodated if the
order has not yet been shipped.
